Welcome to FR. All orders are fulfilled by our production partner, a print-on-demand provider. Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Production Time

All items are printed on demand. Production typically takes 1–6 working days before dispatch.
During peak seasons (such as Christmas or sales periods), production may take slightly longer.

UK Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom are:

3–7 working days after dispatch.
Please note: delays may occur due to carrier workload, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on product type, weight, and destination within the UK. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear with the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, safe places, or your local delivery office before contacting us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving (or expected delivery of) your order. We will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple parcels if it contains items produced in different facilities or on different schedules. Each shipment will have its own tracking number where applicable.
